Laser Hair Removal

Hair removal and treatment of Pseudo-Folliculitis is realized through a process called Selective Photothermolysis. Laser light passes through the skin and is absorbed by pigment in the hair follicle. The heat generated by the laser prevents the re-growth of the hair by affecting follicles that are actively growing, leaving the surrounding skin unharmed. Hair grows in varying cycles, so some hairs are affected during a treatment and some are not. The average number of treatments is three to six and is based on hair color, hair density, grown cycle and your skin type.

Skin Rejuvenation

Our Laserscope lasers are designed to approach skin rejuvenation in a unique way. We use up to four different laser treatments to gain specific results. First, visible hyper-pigmented spots are targeted, then the pigmented areas below the surface are addressed and finally, we boost the body's natural production of collagen deep below the skins surface. In addition, micro laser peels can be added to this regimen in order to provide a clean slate for optimal results.

Botox ® is a natural, FDA approved, purified protein that is administered in tiny injections into certain overactive muscles. Botox blocks the transmission of nerve impulses to the injected area causing the muscles to relax resulting in a less stressed, smoother skin surface. Improvement can be seen in twelve to seventy-two hours.

Restylane ® & Collagen

Restylane ® and Collagen ® are both FDA approved, biodegradable, soft tissue fillers. Restylane is made from stabilized hyaluronic acid, a substance found naturally in our bodies, as is collagen. Restylane is fast becoming the most popular soft tissue filler because of it's natural appearance and long-lasting effect of up to six to twelve months!

Restylane and Collagen are used to enhance the fullness of the lips, soften and diminish the appearance of lines and scars and supplement facial features. Depressions and creases can be raised to the level of the surrounding area providing a consistent, even-textured appearance of the skin.
